At Agreed, privacy isn't just a policy—it's a core principle. We believe your family's data is yours alone. We don't sell it, we don't monetize it, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising.
Information We Collect
Account Information
Name, email address, and phone number (optional) to create and manage your account.
Family Information
Child names, dates of birth, and relevant information you choose to share with your co-parent.
Coordination Data
Messages, calendar events, expenses, and notes you create within the app.
Photos
Images you upload to share milestones with your co-parent.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide the core co-parenting coordination features
- To send notifications about schedule changes, messages, and reminders
- To improve the app experience based on anonymous usage patterns
- To provide customer support when you contact us
Data Security
Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We use Supabase as our database provider, which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Messages between co-parents are stored securely and are only accessible to the members of your Family Space.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data for marketing purposes.
We may share data only when required by law, or with service providers who help us operate the app (such as our hosting provider), under strict data protection agreements.
Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your data at any time
- Export: Download your data in a portable format
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Correction: Update or correct your information

Children's Privacy
Agreed stores information about children as provided by their parents/guardians. We do not collect information directly from children. All child data is accessible only to the parents/guardians in the Family Space.
Activity Reports & Data Processing
When you generate Activity Reports, we process your data as follows:
- On-Device Generation: Reports are generated locally on your device. Your data is not sent to external servers for report generation.
- Automatic Redaction: We apply pattern-based detection to identify and redact sensitive information such as credit card numbers, government identification numbers (SSN, NRIC, NINO, TFN, SIN), and phone numbers. This processing occurs on your device.
- No Cloud Storage: Generated reports are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to save them to your account.
- Your Control: You choose the detail level and what data to include in reports. You can delete any saved reports at any time.
International Users: Our automatic redaction supports patterns for multiple regions including US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and Canada. We continuously expand coverage based on user needs.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
