Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use Agreed. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Account: You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password confidential.

Accuracy: Provide accurate information about yourself and your children. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

Agreed offers an "Activity Reports" feature that generates summary documents of your co-parenting activity. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree:

• Provided "As Is": Activity Reports are generated from user-entered data without warranty of any kind. Agreed does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information entered by users.
• Not Legal Documents: Activity Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, certified evidence, or official legal records. The reports are not certified, notarized, or authenticated by any legal authority.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how Activity Reports are used, including any presentation to third parties such as lawyers, mediators, or courts. Agreed makes no representations regarding admissibility or legal weight.
• Data Integrity Hash: The SHA-256 hash included in reports confirms only that the document has not been altered since generation. It does not verify the accuracy of the underlying data.
• No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agreed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or reliance upon Activity Reports in any legal, judicial, or administrative proceeding.

Agreed offers different detail levels for Activity Reports. By selecting a detail level, you acknowledge:

• Summary Level: Contains only aggregate counts and totals. No message content or personal details are included. This is the safest option for sharing.
• Standard Level: Includes message excerpts with automatic redaction of detected sensitive information (credit card numbers, government IDs, phone numbers). Automatic detection is best-effort and may not identify all sensitive data.
• Full Detail Level: Contains complete message content. User is responsible for reviewing all content before sharing with any third party.

Important: Automatic PII redaction uses pattern-based detection and cannot guarantee identification of all sensitive information. Patterns detected include credit cards, US Social Security numbers, UK National Insurance numbers, Singapore NRIC/FIN, Australian TFN, Canadian SIN, and phone numbers. You must review reports before sharing, especially at Standard or Full Detail levels.
