Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

How do I invite my co-parent?

After setting up your family space, you'll get an invite link to share with your co-parent. They can join by downloading the app and entering the invite code.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. All messages and photos are end-to-end encrypted using industry-standard encryption. Only you and your co-parent can read your communications. We cannot access your encrypted content.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your data at any time from Settings > Export Data. This includes messages, calendar events, expenses, and more in a portable format.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data. Please export any data you want to keep before deleting.
